Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be canceled as each card is personalized.
Refunds & Returns
- • Refunds are only applicable in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.
- • Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@nextagcards.com with proof of the issue (images or videos).
- • Once the request is verified, we will either issue a refund or replace the defective product.
Custom Orders
- Custom-designed cards are non-refundable once design approval is given by the customer.
